The Central Science Laboratory (CSL) is in Sand Hutton approximately 7 miles (11km) north-east of historic York which has excellent road and rail links to the rest of Britain. York is about 230 miles (370km) north of London.

Transport will be provided between the conference hotels and the conference centre, and is included in the registration fee.

Comprising of a suite of rooms conveniently located in one area of CSL's impressive laboratory complex, Lakeside Conference Centre provides a flexible range of accommodation.

The conference centre adjoins the main atrium, with a spacious gallery overlooking the lake and Yorkshire countryside - ideally suited for exhibitions, poster displays and hosting receptions.
